Editorial policy
Modern Mindful Living aims to publish careful, clear writing about attention and the details of ordinary life. We separate description from opinion, avoid presenting personal suggestions as universal answers and correct published errors when they are brought to our attention.
Accuracy and judgment
We review claims for clarity and avoid making claims that the material cannot support. Where a subject calls for context, we explain the limits of what we can say. Articles offer general editorial discussion, not diagnosis, treatment or other professional advice.
Independence and partnerships
Editorial decisions are made separately from commercial arrangements. Any paid, sponsored or partner material is clearly identified as such, so readers can tell when a commercial relationship is involved. A partnership does not guarantee favourable coverage or an editorial endorsement.
Corrections and illustrations
Readers may send a correction through the Contact page. We review reported errors and amend material when warranted, making the change clear where appropriate. Some illustrations may be AI-generated; when they are, we identify them accordingly.
